About me
Anna Ananda curates offerings grounded in both depth and lived experience. Through meditative events, ceremonial chocolate, and organic skin and hair care, she invites others into connection, nourishment, and alignment with the rhythms of both inner and outer worlds.
She weaves together a background in Anthropology, design, community leadership and eco-activism with an entrepreneurial spirit devoted to holistic living. Her path has always been about conscious transformation—of systems, communities, and the inner landscape, whether through sustainability festivals, swapping markets, biodegradable glitter, co-created art, tiny house living or her current-day activities.
Living with ME/CFS has deepened her understanding of surrender, grief, resilience, and nervous system regulation. This stripping away of old identities became an initiation into new seeds of growth, a resource she now shares by guiding others into gentler, more regenerative ways of being.
Her inspiration in inner work comes primarily from Buddhism—both Tibetan and Theravāda—while also drawing on Taoism, Advaita Vedānta, shamanism, Sufism, and Christian mysticism. At the heart of all these wisdom traditions, she sees a shared pointing toward the realisation of nondual reality.
